As an Engagement Manager you will be central to the success of our Professional Services practice growth, drive best practices and new methodologies, solve some of the most challenging problems with data driven insights and help our organization continually define what delivery excellence looks like within Qubole. You'll be front and center and that's why we're looking for a genuine high performer who will be the cornerstone of this team as we move forward.

What You'll Do

    • Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architects and Customer Success Managers as we position the value of Qubole and Professional Services to new and existing customers
    • Define what done looks like for a portfolio of customers while solving project related problems that are technical, business and resource specific; facilitate discovery sessions, project kick-offs, weekly oversight, and project retrospectives
    • Assist in the continued development of the Qubole Professional Services team by improving our delivery methodologies; technical best practices and development of customer valued offerings
    • Attract and develop a diverse team of consultants capable of solving our customers’ most daunting challenges
    • Collect and analyze product feedback from customers, partners and consultants then team with Product and Engineering to shape requirements, features and expand the product vision
    • Select your seat, do you prefer aisle or window? Our customers and teammates are global and you’ll need some face time, at least 50%

    • Don't shy away from speaking up in meetings and ask difficult questions to learn about changes and clarify things they're unsure about
    • Driven, dedicated teammate with creative ideas to inspire customer adoption
