We are looking for a driven, self-starting product manager to lead the product requirement gathering, design, and delivery of key areas as we seek to advance the employee experience functionality of our workforce management solution. The company is growing fast, and we’re looking for someone to grow with it.

Our application runs on AWS, so experience with containerization and cloud deployments is desirable. We're using Springboot, Hibernate, MySQL and JSON, so familiarity with these technologies will be helpful. Frontend experience in JavaScript and Angular and/or React is a big plus.

 Minimum requirements

  • 7+ years of experience building scalable back-end services using Java and Spring Boot framework
  • 3+ years experience with building systems using relational database like MySQL 
  • 3+ years experience with using Hibernate framework
  • 3+ years experience writing unit/integration tests

  • Work closely with the Engineering Manager, software engineers, and product team
  • Work with product requirements and turn them into scalable technical design
  • Present designs to the technology team with clear breakdowns of tasks and deliverables
  • Follow engineering best practices and make decisions based on definable metrics
  • Architect systems with a clear vision for both short and long-term business needs
  • Promote a culture of quality, accountability and open communication across teams
  • Take responsibility for meeting deadlines for your team’s deliverables

    We collect, use, share, and store personal information from job applicants for our and our service providers’ business and operational purposes in the recruitment process such as: processing your application, tracking your application through the recruitment process, contacting references with your authorization, conducting background checks you authorize, and making hiring decisions.
