What you’ll be doing:
-Build a strong Software Engineering/Technical recruiting program that supports the collaborative, customer-first culture across the business
-Execute on Pequity’s hiring plan in a manner that is efficient and beneficial to both our team and the candidates
-Take over an existing pipeline and groom it to better grow the Pequity hiring brand
-Identify potential Software Engineering/Technical candidate pools and creatively source for diverse talent among them
-Actively engage candidates across multiple channels and help identify strong fits and adds into our culture and open roles
What we’re looking for:
-You are an expert full cycle recruiter with experience successfully hiring technical roles related to software development, and have worked in a fast-paced technology organization or startup; 4+ years’ experience
-Aptitude for quickly screening and assessing candidates, especially Software Engineering/Technical hires
-You have demonstrated strong skills in identifying top talent using various tools and with a variety of types of positions
-You show adaptability and resilience when faced with shift in focus, change or ambiguous problems
-You have experience leveraging an applicant tracking system
-You are highly customer service driven and thrive in a collaborative environment
-You are passionate about candidate quality and candidate experience
-Great interpersonal skills
-Strong work ethic, high energy, and a team player is required
