Our Innovation Hub is home to our product development and new product introduction team, including mechanical, electrical, firmware, process, tooling, equipment, and quality engineers, program managers and operational staff. Partnering with our product engineering colleagues in San Francisco, we work together to guide our customers through our product development platform from concept to the consumer out-of-box experience.

Responsibilities
 
·      Work closely with clients on product specification and definition.
·      Handle product definition, electronics hardware development and software consideration.
·      Create electrical designs (schematic & PCB) that meet the product specification.
·      Work with other EE members to review designs.
·      Prepare Engineering tech pack.
·      Work closely with cross functional team for project coordination and enhance manufacturing efficiency.
·      Follow up product testing and verification with quality requirements.
·      Provide technical advice and troubleshooting, develop and introduce solutions for long-term prevention.
·       Travel to factories / suppliers are required.
·      Explore and apply latest technologies to our innovative products.
·      Monitor production processes and products quality.
·      Collaborate with our supply chain partners on maintaining appropriate controls on the manufacturing.
·      Identify and research world-class manufacturers and suppliers for a wide range of manufacturing processes & collaborate with the product development.
·      Evaluate manufacturing requirements for new projects, influence supplier selection.
·      Documentation on user guideline and product specification.
 
Qualifications
 
·      Bachelor's degree in Electronic Engineering or similar.
·      6+ years' experience in Electronic Engineering, Production Engineering or R&D role.
·      Experiences in RF products, BLE, WIFI, IoT devices or other wireless technology.
·      Knowledge in Circuit Design, PCB Layout concepts (6~8 layers) like Altium Designer or PADS.
·      Capabilities to build functional prototypes from conceptual design and analysis.
·      Knowledge in Programming, Embedded Software, Firmware Development.
·      Creative and willing to learn up-to-date technology.
·      Demonstrated DFM experiences and problem solving skills.
·      Familiar with industrial standards, both design and country compliances.
·      Able to work both as a team or independently.
·      Well-organized, analytical and systematic.
·      Excellent written, presentation and verbal communication skills is a must.
