We are looking for a Sr. Growth Marketing Manager, reporting to the VP of Marketing, to help lead our paid growth marketing strategy from end to end, to include paid media mix planning to down funnel testing and optimizations.  And, we’ve got an inspiring, brilliant and inclusive team.

Responsibilities:

  • Own growth marketing budget, paid media mix planning, and optimizations that drive towards business goals 
  • Lead day to day management of agency, creative and copywriting, creative a/b testing and CRO
  • Develop and manage the growth marketing roadmap and initiatives that advances towards new channel growth and efficiency, while hitting CPA and ROAS targets
  • Collaborate with product, sales, engineering and brand marketing on cross functional projects and marketing initiatives
  • Manage quarterly planning, budgeting and forecasting for media spend with the ability to communicate pacing towards targets and the performance drivers to leadership

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years experience in digital (paid search, paid social) and non addressable channels (OOH, direct mail), with deep experience in at least two channels
  • Publisher platform experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, Google Tag Manager, and DV360
  • Advance skills in pixel tracking, attribution and measurement, a/b testing and audience targeting
  • Deep analytical  and reporting skills with ability to turn data into insights utilizing both front end and down funnel metrics
  • SQL, Tableau, Google analytics, Optimize and SFDC experience preferred
  • Thrive in start up environments with bias towards action, learning fast and being agile to business needs

Pay Transparency:

The below represents the expected salary range for this position in Redwood City, CA. We take a number of factors into account when determining compensation including your location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Salary Range: $125,000 to $155,000 annually + equity + benefits- Abodu expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare or exceptional circumstances where a candidate's experience, credentials, or expertise far exceed those required or expected, will we consider an offer at the top of the salary range.
