We are looking for a Lifecycle Marketing Manager, reporting to the VP of Marketing, to drive our entire lifecycle marketing program from the ground up. 

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and innovate on an integrated lifecycle marketing program to include a CRM/email strategy to help nurture and close leads down funnel
  • Manage the entire lifecycle workflow to include channel activations, nurture flows, content programming and measurement
  • Define an always-on testing roadmap (subject line, messaging, images) to continuously optimize program against KPIs
  • Work cross functionally and with marketing team members, on marketing automations, creative and copy iterations, and audience list pulls
  • Closely partner with Sales and Brand team on customer journey mapping and persona messaging for each stage of the funnel
  • Maintain closed loop feedback with Sales to help combat purchase challenges via sales enablement initiatives

Qualifications:

  • 2-4 years of hands on experience with marketing automation and email platforms such as ActiveCampaign and Pardot
  • Experience with SFDC, email tracking and reporting
  • Demonstrative success with building content nurture programs including email messaging, webinars and channel expansion such as SMS or direct mail
  • Strong acumen in a/b and incrementally testing 
  • Basic to intermediate skills with email HTML preferred
  • Thrive in start up environments with bias towards action, learning fast and being agile to business needs

Pay Transparency

The below represents the expected salary range for this position in Redwood City, CA. We take a number of factors into account when determining compensation including your location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Salary Range: $125,000 to $155,000 annually + equity + benefits- Abodu expects to hire for this position near the middle of the range. Only in truly rare or exceptional circumstances where a candidate's experience, credentials, or expertise far exceed those required or expected, will we consider an offer at the top of the salary range.
