Job Description

BillionToOne, ranked at the top 5% of Y Combinator companies with $250M+ in funding including from prominent VC firms, has developed a DNA molecular counter that increases the cell-free DNA diagnostics resolution by over 1,000 fold. BillionToOne's first product, UNITY™ is the first and only prenatal screen that directly assesses the baby's risk for common and severe inherited disorders such as cystic fibrosis, spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), and hemoglobinopathies from a single tube of blood from the pregnant mother.

Earlier this year, BillionToOne lauched two new oncology products in the liquid biopsy space based on this technology. This portfolio of oncology products will complement BillionToOne’s list of offerings in the pre-natal space, powered by the same technology that allows sensitive detection of fetal DNA from maternal blood, much as it will allow sensitive detection of cancer DNA from a patient’s blood.

We are currently looking for a high-performing Senior Recruiter to join our team and help support the growth of the company as we scale the company (currently growing over 300+% YoY). As a Senior Recruiter, you will help take ownership of selected open positions, while having the ability to collaborate with the Director of People Operations and BillionToOne hiring managers to enhance our systems and processes to produce the best candidate experience. This Senior Recruiter is a remote role and will report directly to the Director of People Operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Own full recruitment process including interview, feedback and offer process.
  • Collaborate with teams to deeply understand their hiring needs and proactively translate that into a positive candidate and interviewer experience.
  • Maintain data integrity and report recruiting metrics as needed.
  • Identify and source outstanding talent for open positions.
  • Negotiate and deliver offers
  • Help build processes that will help the recruitment team scale its efforts for years to come.
  • Represent the company with integrity and professionalism.

Required experience:

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-growth environment.
  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience at a BioTech company focusing on Executive and Sales roles.
  • Proven track record of hitting hiring goals and forming positive relationships with hiring managers.
  • Fearless in the face of hard-to-fill roles - recruiting for up to 15-20 unique requisitions simultaneously, while maintaining strong communication and flow of candidates with hiring managers.
  • Experience coaching hiring managers and helping them develop strategic recruiting plans.
  • Passion and understanding of technology (Greenhouse, Gem, LinkedIn).
  • Strong LinkedIn and social sourcing skills, including Boolean Search skills.
  • Track record of thriving under pressure and deadlines.
  • Experience working remotely, with high accountability and responsiveness.
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills.

For this position, the base pay range is: $150,000-$200,000 per year
