Performance Objectives:
- Demonstrate solid technical knowledge and ability, and can apply key technical capabilities, with minimal or no guidance, in the full range of typical situations & seek guidance to handle novel or more complex situations
- Provide technical troubleshooting assistance & guide customers to maximize success in their cloud journey
- Demonstrate high performance in resolving customer issues in complex, multi-tenant environments with a managed-service focus
- Maintain the security & compliance of customer environments across 3 public cloud partners (AWS, Azure, &/or GCP)
- Partner with key stakeholders to optimize customer experience & deepen understanding of customer pain points & business needs
- Seek opportunities to increase value, customer satisfaction & retention
- Optimize key processes, documentation & knowledge sharing to enhance team success & decrease ticket resolution time
What You Need:
- Minimal 1 year systems administration experience in managed service(s), service integrator(s), or similar environment(s)
- 6 months - 1 year cloud systems administration experience
- Linux/Windows experience
