About This Role:
Tempo is a dynamic and innovative fitness platform dedicated to helping people achieve their health and wellness goals. We specialize in creating engaging and effective fitness content that inspires and motivates our diverse audience. 

We are seeking a talented and energetic Fitness Coach to join our team as an on-camera coach on a contract basis for our video content.

This role will be produced on location in our San Francisco, CA studio. Currently, we are unable to offer travel assistance outside the West Coast and will be prioritizing those local to the Bay Area and/ or located on the immediate West Coast.  

Position Overview:
As an On-Camera Fitness Coach, you will deliver engaging and entertaining fitness guidance while demonstrating exercises on camera in our studio. This contract position offers flexible hours, making it ideal for fitness professionals passionate about helping others and comfortable in front of the camera.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and demonstrate a variety of fitness classes and workouts on camera, including but not limited to strength training, cardio, yoga, Pilates, and HIIT.

  • Provide clear and concise instructions to ensure participants understand proper form, technique, and modifications for all fitness levels.

  • Engage with the audience through dynamic and motivating commentary, ensuring a positive and encouraging atmosphere.

  • Collaborate with our production team to create high-quality, visually appealing fitness videos.

  • Maintain a professional appearance and demeanor while representing the brand.



Qualifications:

  • Certified fitness instructor with a NASM CPT or equivalent certification.

  • Experience leading group classes or personal training sessions, with a strong understanding of various fitness disciplines.

  • Comfortable and confident on camera, with excellent communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to engage and motivate a diverse audience.

  • Strong knowledge of exercise science, anatomy, and safe training practices.

  • Ability to adapt workouts to accommodate different fitness levels and needs.

  • Reliable, punctual, and able to meet deadlines.

  • Experience with content creation, social media, or previous on-camera work.
