Job Summary

Drive our sales growth as a Sales/Telesales Executive, utilizing your communication skills to generate leads and close deals. Join a dynamic team to build strong customer relationships and achieve sales targets.

  • Sales Calls: Initiate and manage outbound sales calls to potential customers to introduce company products or services.
  • Product Knowledge: Possess in-depth knowledge of the products or services offered by the company to effectively communicate their features and benefits to customers.
  • Customer Engagement: Engage with potential customers in a courteous and persuasive manner, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
  • Lead Generation: Identify and qualify potential leads through effective questioning and data collection.
  • Sales Targets: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets to contribute to the overall sales goals of the company.
  • CRM Management: Accurately record and update customer information and interactions in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
  • Follow-Up: Conduct follow-up calls or emails to nurture leads and close sales opportunities.
  • Objection Handling: Handle objections and concerns from potential customers professionally and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Documentation: Maintain proper records of sales activities, including call logs, sales reports, and customer correspondence.
  • Compliance: Adhere to all relevant sales and telemarketing regulations and ethical guidelines.
  • Feedback: Provide feedback to the Sales Manager and other relevant departments on customer feedback, market trends, and opportunities for improvement.
Qualifications
  • Any Graduation.
  • English, Hindi, Malayalam, Tamil languages is mandatory.
  • Proven experience of minimum of 2 years to 6 years in telesales or a similar role.
  • Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools.
  • Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Collaborative.
